1. Overview

Ribh ("the app") is an offline-first inventory and profit tracking app for online sellers. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Data stored on your device

All business data you enter — items, sales, orders, expenses, and credit records — is stored locally on your device using SQLite. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync (Pro/Expert feature).

3. Account and cloud sync (optional)

If you create an account, your email address is stored in our Supabase database (hosted in the EU) solely to authenticate you and sync your data across devices. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Pro and Expert subscriptions are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details. Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat and linked to your account by an anonymous user ID.

5. AI features (Expert)

The AI order-intake feature sends message text you paste to Google Gemini to extract order details. This text is processed by Google and subject to Google's privacy policy. We do not store the message content on our servers.

6. Analytics and crash reporting

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Crash reports are handled through Google Play / Apple App Store platforms and contain only technical device and error information.

7. Children

Ribh is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Data deletion

You can delete all your data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete account). This permanently removes your account and all synced data from our servers. Local data can be cleared by uninstalling the app.
